Cleaned my ENTIRE house this weekend. It was quite relaxing but now it feel like somebody pushed me down a flight of stairs and jumped on my back 😩

Went on a little nature walk this morning & listened to Simon Sinek Ted Talk. Sorted my jewelry . Made my juice for the week, repotted 7 of my plants, cleaned, cooked, cleaned my kitchen again, watched Harry Potter, facial, sugar scrub, & vacuumed my upstairs. Now sleep🥱

If this weekend taught me anything it was definitely that I need to get back to the gym 😂 I was not prepared to be so short winded
