BGES is having a Book Fair! Come see us September 23-27!

Battleground Elementary - First Grade has been working on saying 'Hello' in different languages; and they did awesome showing us what they learned!

Mrs. Smith's class read "Balloons Over Broadway" and learned the history of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. They constructed their own Balloons to represent their favorite book character while watching clips from last year's parade!

Mrs. Crocker's 4th Grade Class (BGES) visited the Biltmore House in Asheville after a month long book study on Serafina. What a great field trip and book study!

BOOK FAIR time! May 10-14, 7:30-3:30! Thursday, May 13 from 7am-4pm. Each class will shop during media time and make wish lists. Send money or come on Thursday before or after school with your wish list and money! All proceeds go directly back into books for Battleground.
