President Donald J. Trump Teachers should make a starting salary of $60k, have all of their student debt forgiven, and it should be free of cost to attain a teaching degree. Teachers should be among the most valued in our society, not the least!

Such a great group of educators! It was both nostalgic & forward-thinking to share lessons learned thru telling my stories of taking citizen science, & STEM outdoors into the school yards of my state & the front yard of anAmerican First Lady.

From Chicago to Shanghai, from Buffalo to Baltimore, no friend has been more present, no challenge has been too great. Happiest of birthdays to my sister in science, Christine Anne Royce, Ed.D. .

In my classroom teaching, I found this to be one of the least stressful & most highly effective learning experiences. The opportunity for kids to contribute data helps them understand how scientists work. Peggy is right…start talking about it this month. #GBBC
