Coaches/Parents: No one is born a leader. It isn’t in your DNA. Leaders are formed through the teaching of quality leadership skills, practicing, failing, learning & practicing again. Kids have to be given leadership opportunities over & over. Teach them to lead & then let them.

Unpopular opinion: new age athletes are weak. If you play for a huge division 1 college-they GET some say in your physique. That plays a factor in how you PERFORM. If you get paid (scholarship) to be an athlete you have to commit to that-mind, spirit and BODY. #istandwithrhonda

the person that challenges you and holds you accountable loves you more than the person that watches you stay the same and settle for mediocrity.

I need to make one thing clear-if you schedule a session with a lawyer or other professional, & cancel on short notice or just don’t show up-regardless of why, you can definitely bet you will be charged for that session. Stop expecting different from your trainers or instructors.

*Note to parents*If you’re looking for a miracle fix in your kid in less than a year-you’re delusional.Coaches who claim these do so at your kids’ careers expense.The foundation is the most important. Without proper time&quality of materials in the foundation that house will fall
