Spending time outdoors, the release of feel-good hormones, and interacting with other people can all contribute to better mental health. Stress and anxiety can be soothed when you do physical activity, and exercise can also have a positive effect on confidence and self-esteem.

Brilliant time in Wythenshawe Park yesterday with Beth from Greater Manchester Outdoor Learning learning loads of outdoor stuff. Insect, bird and tree ID, fire lighting and den building. Amazing day, loved every minute.

Just a Better Things Friday

Brilliant build up to the weekend. Fab Friday Zumba followed by some cool sports activities, awesome creative building with LEGO and some pottering amongst the plants as we prepare for wildflower planting next week. Enjoy the Bank Holiday weekend, you've earnt it.
