Very delighted to see this piece published in Oxford Centre for Socio-Legal Studies's Frontiers-Borderlands section.šš½ In it, I argue that legal syncretism is a new frontier of constitutional studies in much of the contemporary world and that there maybe some good reasons to look into the global south.
