I made a purely vibes based chart of which F1 drivers I think are friends. Of note is that Daniel Ricciardo has the highest friend score, and I'm pretty sure that Lance Stroll isn't even friends with himself.

I was at this game live. DIF was completely out of it until Eklund started to assert himself in the second half of the game. All eyes were on #38 every time he hopped over the boards. Really fun game to watch.

New interactive shot plots for Neil Pierre-Louis! Using a d3 ice rink package by Alexandra Mandrycky, I re-created the click-to-video shot plots, added heatmaps, and a toggle for goal strength. Super happy with how this one turned out!

I enjoyed working on Neil Pierre-Louis this past year; I did work I'm proud of and hopefully provided something useful to the hockey community. Neil's a heck of a guy for making it happen. That said, I'm stoked to be back in the NHL as a hockey systems fellow for the Pittsburgh Penguins.
