Changing no grounds evictions is a case of ideology vs. common sense. There will always be circumstances where relationships break down. Case in point with divorces. A divorce occurs every 10 minutes in Australia, & these people are meant to be starting from a position of loving

Part of the Housing Crisis (Rental Crisis) explained in ATO data = Individuals with Rental Property Income In the latest 5 years reported (FY18-FY22) this number has increased on average by 1.02%. The pervious 5 years before that (FY13-FY17) this number was increasing at 3.07%.

What a joke. Victorian Labor Can’t manage money, can’t run the economy, can’t run the construction sector, and we all pay for their incompetence through higher taxes. Victoria is going to get much worse economically over the next few years before it gets better.
