Mentally strong people… * Are comfortable in their own skin * Focus on what they can control * Don’t expect instant success * View failure as a learning tool * Embrace change * Utilize habits over motivation * Don’t waste time feeling sorry for themselves * Eliminate entitlement

Pro-hop counters and post-ups after the drive was on the menu today. Taking advantage of the athleticism and IQ I have. #1on1 #playingsmart #IQ

Kobe Bryant worked like he had no talent, then he played like he believed he was the best player in the world. Prepare with humility; perform with confidence. -via Ball is Psych

Working on my range off of some Sidestep action tonight with my friend Pavan. I love flying under the radar because they won’t be prepared to guard me this deep when they see me in the fall. 😉

Around the arc shooting drill. Goal: 5 made hoops in the least amount of time. Main goal: shoot while fatigued. #workneverstops #beyourbest

Your circle is supposed to be proud, not jealous. They should want to see you win. They should clap the loudest when you have good news. Your circle should encourage your growth. Understand the difference between people who are in your circle, but not in your corner. Keep Going‼️

Consistency shows up when you put in the work. Doing our 5-25 drill. 25 shots per spot. Goal is 20 or higher. Missed the first then this happened.😉

Getting in some conditioning at the end of workout. Transition 5 spot - streak. 3 in a row before moving on to the next spot.

Any Juco coaches looking for a 6’5 combo guard Israel ogbebor is great catch a shoot three point shooter. He also does well handling the ball and getting down hill. He can finish around the rim, make great dump off passes to the bigs and gets his hands in passing lanes.

Cooper Kupp said, "I'm going to go earn it again, every single day...I think that's the difference, I've never stopped this mindset of earning." Entitlement is the enemy of hard work. It's the belief you deserve something you haven't earned. [Thread]

There have been a lot of ups and downs on the road back after surgery and in time I will share more details but for now, it’s moments like this that make me feel blessed to be back doing what I love. Drill: Corner around shooting by Drew Hanlen #comeback #ilovethisgame

The smallest details have the largest consequences. To be the best in any industry, the quality of your standards and habits must be uncompromising. The small things compound into everything.

Wrapped up the session with one of my all-time favourite finishers — the 2-minute Celtic drill. 10 spots, 2 consecutive makes per spot, all in under 2 minutes. Just one ball, no excuses. Shoutout to my dad for turning into a human shooting machine — he was on fire.
