So long as Iran remains an Islamic Republic in its current form, it's bound to the THREE PILLARS outlined by Khomeini in 1979: (1) independence from the West, (2) anti-Israel policies, and (3) exporting the Revolution. If it abandons any of the above, the Revolution has failed.
