UPDATE: While Grayscale was given an approval order for their conversion of $GDLC into an ETF yesterday. There was a letter attached to that approval that is putting a Stay on their ability to actually convert at this time.

Grayscale It can be found here on the SEC website. We have a few theories as to why this happened. 1. The SEC doesn't want to let anything to launch under the 19b-4 process until they officially approve or come up with some framework for digital assets in the ETF wrapper.

Long-term holders - investors who’ve held #BTC for over 155 days and are statistically less likely to sell - now own a record 14.7M $BTC. Most coins bought near the $100k breakout remain dormant, signaling strong conviction across the market: glassno.de/44Jzen0

The Solana ETF $SSK took in $12m on first day, according to Osprey who told Decrypt (we won't see it in data till tonight). That's pretty solid. For context, it took 3mo for $SOLZ to get $12m. Also pre-market volume is $3m (vs 260k for SOLZ), pointing another healthy trading day.

Central banks are flooding the market with fiat money. The yearly growth rate just hit 9%! This is extreme and rare. The last times this happened? Bitcoin returns peaked on average up 460% within the next 12 months. Source: capriole.com/charts/?chart=…

$BTC options market is echoing the summer slowdown - implied volatility across all expiries (1W to 6M) is nearing all-time lows. We're now pricing some of the lowest vol levels since mid-2023, despite price hovering near ATHs.
