GxDrug interactions now published at cell genomics :) Michal Sadowski did a ton of great work in this paper. We hope the approach is a step toward improving predictions for individual-specific treatment response

The newest Regeneron Genetics Center method, REMETA, from Tyler Joseph, Jonathan Marchini, and co. is a game changer - enabling the ability to reconstruct gene-based test associations from single variant summary statistics (and LD).
