The par 4 18th at Royal Golf Club of Belgium aka Ravenstein, a Tom Simpson design from 1906. Course is currently in the best condition I have ever seen it, it's excellent.

Last week at the KLM Open they had their youngest competitor, 4-year old Arabella Offen. Nicely dressed for the occasion in Nike clothes, and with a fitted driver to hit the shot. Guided and caddied by Beat The Pro caddie Dorine Daemen from GC De Stippelberg. How cute is this ?

Today is the opening of the Rock course at Pickala Golf in Finland 🇫🇮. It's a 9 holes par 3 course designed by Lassi Pekka Tilander, best know for Pärnu Bay Golf Links in Estonia. Photo's : Jacob Sjöman.

The par 4 7th at De Lage Vuursche in Holland. As I received 25 (!) strokes with my 17 HCP from the recommended yellow tees (6038 meters) so I decided to play from blue tees with 21 strokes. (5640 meters). That was a good decision.

The par 4 first hole at De Goyer in Utrecht, Holland, a Bruno Steensels design. The first round I had here in 2023 was a bit of a drama, it took 5h20min. Today we were the first on the course, and it took 2h50min. Much better.

The putting green and a random fairway today at De Pan in Utrecht, Holland. I payed 230 EUR greenfee for this. According to Golf World one of the best value courses for money you can play in Continental Europe, they really write that.

The par 4 14th stroke index 2 at Oosterhoutse in Holland 🇳🇱. The good line is to play right of the bunker and just left of the waterhazard.

The par 5 1st hole at Lippischer Golf in Germany 🇩🇪. At 60 EUR greenfee (40 EUR for hotel guests from Schloss Munchhausen) I thought that this course in good condition was great value for money. Better than De Pan in Holland, but I'm not always allowed to say that.

Congratulations to my friend Céline Manche from Golf La Tournette today winning the National Stroke Play Championship at Ternesse in Belgium. After 4 rounds and 21 (!) birdies Céline finished at -6, 5 strokes ahead of a Danish golfer, who was runner-up.

The par 4 3rd hole at Unna-Fröndenberg in Germany 🇩🇪. 18 holes weekend greenfee at 80 EUR was a good deal, course in good shape and enjoyable. We started at 13h00 and went round in 3h20 minutes.

The Dutch is a Colin Montgomerie design in Holland. It has been venue for European Tour when I caddied there in 2016. This saturday I'm going to play it for the very first time.

The par 4 5th hole of the Park course at Chateau Bois d'Arlon in Belgium🇧🇪. I'll go there next week for the second time, but for the first time since the course official went open to play in 2024.

This is unusual. Today I had by high exception the opportunity to tee it up while there was still an international tournament for professionals going on at the same 18 holes course. Imagine I would have shanked it on the wrong fairway ;)

I arrived today in the capital of Bulgaria 🇧🇬, Sofia. We already had a look at the golf club for tomorrow, Pravets, from the clubhouse. Shared double green 9th and 18th. How many clubs you know with that ? There are more than you think probably.
