Pontificating with abrasive preacher voices, anti-intellectualism, failure to listen to the wisdom of others, unfounded arrogance, and too many white men in love with power. This is not a deliberative body. Let’s be clear: this is a witchhunt. #crcsynod

Given the decisions so far, I take deep exception to statements in past two synods that this is the “start of a conversation.” It’s not. It’s a seizing of power to kick out churches and individuals who disagree. And doing so with what appears to be very little remorse. #crcsynod

To hear delegates and officers making jokes about their wives and laughing about various things after taking a knife to the CRC I know and love is appalling and poor taste. Have you no care for those you have harmed? Love left the room long ago. #crcsynod
