In that case.. he should play a 4-3-3 not 4-2-3-1. Pedri is an elite Midfilder but not an elite AM. He will only bring his CM quality to AM and he will play well, dominate there but won't necessarily increase the scoring chances. Put Pedri in CM and your team will be far better.
