Think I’m switching from SwiftPac soon……no body answers a phone all day….. some packages flying in with in 7 days the rest 2-3 weeks now… Consistency dropping and staff as we cause ain’t no reason I calling all day and can’t get through.

What fast shipping companies are they out there that answer the phone …….. I don’t want west tech or Aeropost

2 hours straight falling SwiftPac not an answer package paid for but stick on customs for 2 weeks????? Probably testing its integrity against dark matter

You know what vexes me the most about SwiftPac after promoting express shipping i have not seen one ounce of express shipping.

Further more SwiftPac are keeping packages for 4 weeks and 6 weeks and no matter how many days you call from 9-5 no one answers the phone.

So then you pick up the phone and call someone in customs to find out , the issue really aint custom. its just SwiftPac holding packages trying to see if they can put duties on a $30 or less item!!!! #f**kery

NoW imagine you receive the wrong rasshole item and you are now pass the 30 day resend package date........And now have to reorder said item. AFTER these last packages yuh lost me SwiftPac and i sure every week the number going down
