Getting a supervisor American Water on the phone takes more than an hour because “our supervisors are very busy.” And your customers are not?
No longer on hold with American Water A supervisor will call me back within 24 to 48 hours. The company had my posts taken down within minutes, but can’t connect me with a supervisor to resolve a billing error. Utilities have poor customer service because we’re stuck w/them.
