I feel like the current structure of Play Pokémon’s competitive circuit incentives unhealthy decisions. 14 hour long tournaments, 2 month long formats that you have to commit extra time to learning and building and the lack of opportunities outside of expensive travel. (1/2)

See a lot of people disappointed with their results this weekend. Friendly reminder that being a competitor is hard and just putting yourself out there and trying is admirable. The people who are consistent are that way because even when they failed, they kept on trying.

After playing 4 majors with OTS, I’m still torn on which I prefer. Setting aside the tech limitations of the game which made it a necessity, OTS games are just fundamentally different from CTS games. I think that tera might be a bit obnoxious in a CTS world and scouting (1/x)
