Signed, sealed, and delivered…Jaret Sanchez, a 6’6 standout from Topeka, Ks, made waves during his time at SHHS. Leading his team to an impressive 19-4 overall record, scoring 22.1 points per game, placing him among the top players in the state of Kansas.

When the sun shines it shines the brightest on THE HILL…Brady Brumbaugh, 6'6" of Goodland, Ks, averaged 21.4ppg. Ranking him 12th in Kansas, 2nd in Div 3A, & 1st in the GWC. His most notable performances include a 33-pt game vs Scott City & a 27-pt effort against Colby.

Winners win…Mikey Williams Jr. of Highland Park High School in Topeka, KS averaged 18.3 points, 4 assists, and 3 steals per game. Mikey surpassed 1,000 career points while leading the Scots to an 89-9 career record.

The Barton High School Summer League kicked off Tuesday evening, bringing together 7 local high schools and over 120 student athletes. A big thank you to Great Bend High School for allowing us to use the PAC while the Kirkman at Barton Community College undergoes construction!

The Cougars will open the 25-26 non-con schedule with six games against NJCAA DI schools. Starting with three road games against Arizona Western, Eastern Arizona, and Mineral Area before returning home to host State Fair, NOC-Tonkawa, and NOC-Enid in front of the Barton faithful.
