A3: Integration, Adoption, Clear and concise use case development, and Developing "Super Users" (that last one is less of an obstacle but a challenge) #lpmhq

Q4 / A4: User adoption and ease of use is KEY. Problems with identifying the ACTUAL user is the #1 reason that I've seen these fail. i.e.: IT champions the product, the "pitch" is made to lawyers... everyone is excited! .. but the actual users are paras and secretaries #lpmhq

Q4/ A4 cont'd: Buying for a "future state" that requires a massive shift in how the Firm works leads to no adoption. Also another pet peeve: do not build, just buy. We don't do this 24/7 for a living, others do! #lpmhq

I dislike the term "evangelist." The religious connotations bother me; the colonialist undertones worry me. "Tech evangelist" is a bad title, as the grounds of evangelism is faith and faith should not be a feature of a successful deployment.
