Is anyone else seriously considering leaving Citizens because of how utterly unreliable their app is? I do 99% of my banking via mobile. I know switching banks is a hassle, but I can't imagine it being more of a hassle than continuing to use their horribly designed app.

I was mildly upset that, since I was in the middle of moving to a new home, I had to wait to order Sapphire's book, Axiom's End, to make sure it arrived at the correct address. It is on its way, and I can't wait to dive in!
