I learned today that women are more likely to participate in a clinical trial if a female researcher asks them to participate. We NEED women in STEM studying female disease so that women are represented in clinical trials outcomes.

Our trainee day was a huge success! Thank you to all the trainees in attendance- you made this one of our best trainee days to date!

At that tough early career time between training and independence? I strongly recommend the CDI for Psychiatry - best place for asking all those thorny questions that aren't part of the day to day curriculum in psychiatric neuroscience.

We had a successful Annual Meeting this past week! We had 158 registered attendees, nearly half of which were trainees! We were joined by members and guests from 27 different states & 4 countries! Thank you again for attending, we can't wait to see you in Portland next year!
