With summer break upon us, we're following the adventures of our Banner Christian School families. Here's rising third grader, Reece Smith, who traveled with his family to Fort Macon in Atlantic Beach, N.C. They learned about the fort’s history dating back to the Civil War and World War II.

We're continuing to enjoy following the adventures and excursions of Banner Christian School families during summer breaK. Our former and dedicated Banner Christian School teacher Mr. Eddie Knapp enjoyed the early stages of a well-earned retirement with some sun and fun with his family.

Banner Christian School campus was blessed by the arrival of volunteers from The Chapel on Saturday. The volunteers selflessly gave of their time and talents and undertook the task of spreading mulch on our playground. They also did a great job cutting back the cross country trail.

Also, Mollie Parker and Mackenzie Early had a fun-filled day Busch Gardens Williamsburg riding the new roller coaster, Big Bad Wolf.

With Banner Christian School ‘Back to School Bash,’ fast-approaching on Aug. 14, students, faculty and parents have been getting campus ready for its close-up. During campus beautification day this past weekend, the group polished Banner Christian School aesthetics.

Banner Christian School student Adanni Reed scored a VIP invite to the cockpit and even sat behind the controls of a Southwest Airlines aircraft. Then, it was off to Walt Disney World! From Disney Magic Kingdoms to DisneyEPCOT to Universal Studios Hollywood, this adventure was flying high from start to finish!

Banner Christian School joins in extending its heartfelt appreciation to members of Village Church RVA in North Chesterfield for their help in our campus beautification efforts. Volunteers from the church recently spread mulch to get our campus shining for the first day of school.
