Starting my next paper on an analysis of the commercial opportunity of relacorilant for $CORT (specifically in hypercortisolism). Would love to hear the bullish and bearish points everyone has for the molecule.

$CORT I think relacorilant has a really solid chance of having peak sales of over 5b. If Corcept didn't have such a sketchy past I'm certain they would've been bought out just for this asset at a crazy multiple, it's that good.

$CLDX I'm not too into immuno but at first glance it looks cheap to me. Is a big worry commercial viability due to the hair color changes and possible neutropenia? The phase 2 CSU efficacy data looks pretty robust to me.
