Congratulations to The Winston-Salem Stealers 11th Grade “Black” National Team! The first Stealers National Team ever to go undefeated throughout the entire summer in our first twenty-nine years as an organization. The team won their final game in Georgia 51-24 to finish 3-0.

7-2 combined record for our three teams in Emerson, Georgia at War Games 28.5. #GOSTEALERS!!!

36 days post-op 🙌 100° flexion and officially off crutches!! making progress every day!

Just hit 105° flexion, got my first full rotation on the bike, AND got my brace unlocked! Big day! Let’s keep it going!

Made it to 115° flexion! Still getting my rotation on the bike. I kept my hip down going backwards, and now finally able to go forwards (even if my hip comes up a little)!

Big milestone today — hit 120° flexion! 🙌 Bike felt way more fluid, plus got some solid work in on stepdowns and heel slides. Progress feels good!
