Cracking Day - started Midhurst RFC coaching a mix of U9s, 11s and 14s then reffing Haslemere Community Rugby Club U15s against Bognor Rugby Football Club 🟩🟪⬜️ U15s in a great physical contest which saw Haslemere Community Rugby Club win 31-17. #LoveWhatIDo

Great question posed by Joe Cole here. Are today’s players empowered to make in game decisions? I’ve always ensured I include decision making in coaching plans. Does the ethos of “it’s their game” still apply once you hit the prem? Wouldn’t the game be amazing if it did!
