Our annual St John's carol service tonight was a great way of celebrating the season with music and readings all in the wonderful surrounds of the Bablake church. Well done to all musicians and readers.

Bablake Carol Service tonight was a real treat. Thank you to Fr Dexter Bracey for hosting us StJohntheBaptist Cov Thank you to all the wonderful musicians, singers and readers.The church was full. Bablake Parents' Association served coffee and mince pies at the end of the Service.

Very grateful for the support of Bablake Parents' Association. They were serving drinks and mince pies at last night's carol service and it's their Christmas fayre tomorrow. This morning, they will be collecting donations of chocolate or bottles to help with tomorrow's event.

In view of awful weather conditions forecast tomorrow u14 and u15 rugby matches tomorrow will be postponed. U14 to play on Tuesday 10th December at Bablake. New u15 date tbc.
