The APA, AZ Sheriff's Association, Maricopa County Attorney and others held a press conference today at the State Capitol to speak out against SB1556-Adult Hemp beverages; policies; procedures. Our concerns were noticed as the bill was removed from committee shortly thereafter.

A passing vote for SB1232 (Arrest warrant; issuance & affidavit). This bill allows LE to more timely get arrest warrants for felony cases from a judge and help provide a safer community. We want to thank Sen. Payne, Rep. Marshall and everyone that supported this bill. #azleg
