Every time I think an analysis will take x amount of time, it ends up taking at least 3 times as long 😭

Today, I wrote a script to automate and arrange over 70 folders for my pipeline. Pretty sure I'd have gone crazy if I tried to do it manually.

Overnight run results: 68 successfully processed, 6 failed to process. Now, let's debug.

Today, I woke up and wrote a quick note detailing each script, file, and folder for my rapidly expanding project. This will save my future self a lot of headaches.

Today I learned an important lesson in memory management while running automated scripts. My nested lists were barely 20MB but were saving as GB-sized RDS files. The solution? Garbage collection and cleaning up the data environment.

There's nothing as annoying as a package's tutorial failing. How can I trust your package when the OG demo fails?
