其实sfc对于rwa就两个要求 1. 底层资产证券化是啥要求，通证化就是什么要求，区块链本质上只是一种技术 2. 因为增加上链机制，数据和技术安全要有保障 除了这两个要求之外，底层资产在tradfi卖的好的，tokenize了之后依旧卖的好，卖的不好的也不太会有变化
