I have come to accept the conclusion that I only find shines when not looking. Any and all attempts to find one purposefully never succeeds. But random chance? First was on a friend's server, second on my brothers. I only started playing within the last 24 hours...

Phew... Fixed my father's car so that he has more reliable transportation for appointments and tests (terminal COPD). 375 for new brakes and rotors 315 for new flex joint 150 labor 210 for inspection and permit renewal for him Why do cars have to be so damn expensive?! XD
