Menstrual hygiene and management is not just about products, it’s about safety, and choice. Empowering girls with the right tools, information, and education enables them to make right and healthy decisions about their bodies. #PeriodPower #MenstrualHealth #FlowCupForDignity

Did you know? Some girls are taught they can't touch plants & cook during their periods. These myths creates shame and silence for girls while menstruating. Menstruation is not shame or a taboo. It's natural. #MenstrualJusticeForAll

Studies show that 1 in every 4 girls in Uganda drops out of school upon starting their period, largely due to lack of access to safe menstrual products, poor sanitation facilities, stigma, and limited information. These challenges also take a toll on their mental well-being.

Behind every smile in the classroom, some girls & boys are silently battling anxiety, stress, or even depression. From academic pressure, bullying, and body image issues, as well as menstruation stigma and abuse. It’s time to: ✅ Normalize mental health conversations in schools.

We recently held school feedback sessions to assess the impact of our #Flowcup project on girls’ education and overall well-being. The results? More confidence, fewer missed classes, and restored dignity. The Cova Project #SwitchToAflowCup #MenstrualJusticeForAll

Last week, we held an interactive session on menstrual health management, mental health, and self-care at the Uganda School for the Deaf. We believe that every girl, including those with disabilities, has the right to access menstrual health education & products. #PeriodJustice

When stigma is broken, confidence is built💪 Our session at US for Deaf created a safe space for girls and teachers to openly discuss menstruation, mental well-being, and menstrual hygiene. Through the COVA project, we’re not just giving products we’re restoring dignity. #AMS

It's new week, new energy! Remember, your mental health matters just as much as your goals. Take a deep breath, set realistic intentions, and give yourself grace along the way. 💚 #MentalHealthAwareness #AMS
