WHY are we unionizing? Because it aligns with our mission and values! At Repair we believe in action and learning. It is this value that drives us to learn and take steps to improve our workplace.

At Repair we believe in the preciousness of each human. It is this value that drives us to push for the right to rest, rejuvenation, and a real work/life balance.

At Repair we believe in a both/and perspective. It is this value that allows us to recognize that management has taken steps to make our workplace more just, and we also know that these changes have not given workers meaningful say.

At Repair we believe in strengthening each other. It is this value that empowers our union, with staff across depts and communities to join together, connect, and advocate for better working conditions for all of us.

At Repair we believe in JUSTICE!!! It is this value that gives us the strength to desire that workers have a real say in policies that impact our health and wellbeing.

At Repair we believe in SOLIDARITY. It is this value that empowers us to stand together to ensure our collective needs are met.
