Awesome job today by the AVM Cross Country team! Everyone took on the challenge of the two-mile race. Ricardo Hernandez led the way with a 1st Place finish and Owen Gage in his first two-mile race took 3rd. Delilah Carli finished in 10th Place.

Congrats to Ricardo Hernandez on finishing 7th at the East/West on Thursday and then running a huge PR on Saturday finishing 18th place out of 90 runners at the Westview Hills Invite with a time of 12:34!

Congrats to Vivian Villanueva finishing in 15th place out of 103 runners in the open race at the Westview Hills Invite with a time of 15:34 in only her second ever two-mile race!

Congrats to Owen Gage on finishing in 1st Place in the one-mile race on Thursday at the East/West Invite out of 102 runners and then finished in 15th Place out of 103 runners in the Boys Open two-mile race on Saturday with a time of 13:51 in only his second ever two-mile race!
