Built a comprehensive, automated system using Zapier, Airtable, Asana, and Slack to handle client intake and project management. This first Zap automates the initial client journey. This second the daily assistant; sends automated reminders ensuring no projects are missed.

When building Zaps, you can set up multiple conditional paths in one Zap, which evaluates the conditions when triggered, and your automation follows the correct path—only running what’s relevant. If no path matches, it can skip actions or do a default task. #automation #zapier

Read Documentations!!! Before you dive headfirst into automating your workflow, here’s a little nugget of wisdom from someone who’s been there: read the documentation on the software you’re planning to use. This can save you hours—sometimes days of frustration and debugging.

You can use Delay by Zapier to pause workflows for minutes, hours, or days. This is perfect for spacing out follow-ups or timing messages. Send a thank-you email immediately, a product recommendation 48 hours later, then a discount offer one week after #Zapier #Automation #NoCode

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of teaching a sales team Airtable. From basics to intermediate, we explored how it can transform sales management, pipelines, lead nuturing, automating follow-ups, and the views, native integrations and extensions within Airtable. #Airtable #nocode

Stop your Zaps from hitting rate limits! Use Zapier’s Delay After Queue to space out tasks. It’s the key to preventing app overload and ensuring things like social media posts or email notifications roll out over time, not all at once. #Zapier #Automation #DelayAfterQueue

Not my dad complaining I don't sleep anymore, and giving me a lecture on Insomnia. I understand the concern, as he struggled for years to sleep at night. Now I have to choose between sleep and money. I already know what the choice will be 😵‍💫.

The Schedule by Zapier fires your workflow at set intervals but one key thing to remember about Schedule by Zapier is that it only functions as a trigger, meaning it starts your Zap based on the time or recurrence you set. It doesn’t perform any action itself. #zapier #SCHEDULE

Storage by Zapier is an action-only tool, which means it cannot trigger a Zap on its own. Instead, it is used inside a Zap to save, get, or clear data while the automation runs. It’s designed to complement triggers and enable richer, state-aware workflows. #zapier #storagezaps

Email Parser by Zapier is a Trigger-only tool, it starts your Zap the moment it receives and parses an email—converting your unstructured emails into usable data for your Zaps, saving you hours copying and pasting email info and risking data entry errors. #zapier #automation

Working on a problem reduces the fear of it. It’s hard to fear a problem when you are making progress on it—even if progress is imperfect and slow. Action relieves anxiety. James Clear Now I ask you why haven't you started eh fine girl/boy. Why are you still procrastinating?

Posting on LinkedIn has been a journey filled with growth spurs. One thing I have embraced is doing it afraid, I have explored different formats and refined it on the go. And on days like today when I receive messages like this I am glad i didn't stop. #workflowautomation

“Focus on the seeds, not the trees.” Some days I want to give up (and cry a little), staying consistent feels like the hardest thing. , but giving up is definitely not an option. It’s okay to be tired, just don’t quit. Happy new week! #Motivation #JamesClear #Consistency

One of the most flexible tool in the Zapier toolbox is the Webhooks; it speaks the language of APIs. Its both a trigger and action tool; It can kick off your Zaps by catching data from an app (Trigger). And can also send data out from Zapier to another app (Action). #zapier

Translate by Zapier is the tool it thinks it is. Its translation is so on point. Did a test run during a live class yesterday night and it translated Igbo, Hausa and Yoruba perfectly. If you are building with Zapier, this definitely serves translation purposes. #zapier
