A1: Digital literacy allows you to differentiate and customize lessons for students in many different ways. Accomadations for students with visual and hearing impairments stand out to me. #AppleEDUchat @ED350_WCDE

A2: In my future classroom I can use these books that are more interactive which grabs students attention and makes it more fun! #AppleEDUChat @ED350_WCDE

A3: In my future classroom I see myself using technology that allows the student to give oral feed and receive audio feedback in the same activity #AppleEduChat @ED350_WCDE

A4: Giving many outlets for brainstorming and creating/organizing ideas may help to kickstart the writing process and give structure to the writing at the same time #AppleEduChat @ED350_WCDE

A6: As a future teacher I haven’t given students this opportunity but in high school I know being given the opportunity to create something that would actually go out for many people to see was liberating and encouraging. #AppleEduChat @ED350_WCDE

A5: Using technology to provide peer feedback/editing. For example using google docs to allow students to collaborate on one document or add comments as peer editors #AppleEduChat @ED350_WCDE

A1: Not accepting failure as the final outcome for our students is important because although they may fail many times that can not be the ending outcome. Failure is necessary for success but stopping at failure hinders success. @ED350_WCDE

A2: To create an environment that encourages taking risks I will make sure students ideas are always considered. Allowing students to lead/create discussion may give them the confidence to speak up and share ideas @ED350_WCDE

A1: The part that stands out to me is where George Couros wrote “I believe that isolation is the enemy of innovation” because this highlights the importance of working together and bouncing ideas from one person to the next @ED350_WCDE

A2: To encourage an environment of risk-taking in my classroom I will make sure to do things like call on students that don’t normally get a chance to speak up in class. So giving everyone an opportunity to share their thoughts and ideas instead of just a few @ED350_WCDE

A1: digital equity means making sure thay every student has access to digital resources @ED350_WCDE

A2: In my future classroom digital equity will be utilized by having students use the digital resources that they need to succeed, even if these are different for each child @ED350_WCDE #AppleEduChat
