A man found my stolen car & reported it to the police yesterday, they did absolutely nothing. He didn’t give up, he went back today and found my details & called me direct. Lucky I left a receipt with my details in there! Faith in humanity restored 💚 #thankyou #merseysidepolice

I’m staggered at the sheer incompetence of everyone involved since my car was stolen almost 5 weeks ago. The police, insurance company, the 2 recovery companies and now the people dealing with the repair - all are shockingly poor #fuming #hastingsdirect
