A vital way to show students that you care about these issues is to work with the faculty senate about actually implementing a ZERO tolerance policy for sexual assault. It’s a shame that it is 2023 and those found guilty of sexual assault allowed back on campus within two years.

Our lab @ATRP_USM and the faculty senate have implemented a survey to continue to get accurate rates of SA experiences on campus and show support for a zero tolerance policy. Any USM student can feel free to take this survey. Data will be presented this summer. #USM #SMTTT

Just finished 2 media interviews for this paper! Excited that there is interest, and talking with folks always sparks additional thoughts & ideas. Thanks to the NJ Gun Violence Research Center at Rutgers SPH for prepping me! Talking to the media is not a skill we often learn in grad school, but I'm so glad I am!

Hi grad programs! If your letter of recommendation portal requires me to rate a student's "emotional stability" or similar, I will endorse everyone's "stability" as "once-in-a-decade" until you remove this stigmatizing and frankly embarrassing (for clinical psych programs) item!

Hi Everyone, We are looking for pediatrician’s experience with and knowledge about suicide risk assessments. The survey takes about 5 minutes to take. Please RT so we can find some pediatricians! Bonus points if they are in Mississippi! lsu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_4G…

Congratulations to Chelsea Howd, a first year masters student in my lab, for winning the student poster award from the ABCT Suicide and Self-Injury SIG! Not only did she present her poster, but also gave a talk about the work she did while in the ATRP LSU lab. Psychological Sciences WKU
