We're saddened by the passing of celebrated #HiddenFigures mathematician Katherine Johnson. Today, we celebrate her 101 years of life and honor her legacy of excellence that broke down racial and social barriers: go.nasa.gov/2SUMtN2

Loving the energy and the conversations at #ALT2020. Great to see so many emerging academic leaders with so much potential! Even we EALs keep learning every time this workshop happens! (Maybe especially us!)

As educators, our responsibility to our students extends beyond the classroom. In this time when they are experiencing uncertainty or life disruption, even if we don't have answers, we have the opportunity to reach out and let them know we care and that we're listening.

Alright...the stars (or satellites) are about to align for some great night sky viewing opportunities. A mostly clear sky is expected for the next several nights and it just so happens that the latest SpaceX Starlink Satellite train will move over our area nightly.

A SIGHT TO SEE: Chance to see the Starlink Satellites this evening a 5:54pm. If clouds block your view, or you miss this chance, there are three more chances over the next three evenings.
