🌔 This might not be the highest quality picture of the Moon ever taken, but it’s a very important one for our FLIP rover. This is the first image taken by FLIP’s star tracker, which is used to help the rover figure out its vehicle orientation and the direction it's facing.

56 years ago today, humans stepped foot on the Moon for the first time. Apollo 11 paved the way for the lunar missions that followed, including Apollo 15, which carried the Lunar Roving Vehicle to the Moon. We look forward to building on this lunar legacy with our FLEX rover.
