Second day in Lisbon 🇵🇹, after a morning briefing, the trainees use the COPD tools to carry out their analysis which will lead to answering the question: WHAT is the operational problem? We look for the first conclusions that will move the planning forward!

On the 3rd day of CJEX in 🇵🇹, the pressure is gradually increasing. The Mission Analysis Briefing is approaching fast... The walls of the JOPG are covered with useful information for operational planning and the post-it note remains our basic weapon for developing an Ops design!

Even on a Saturday, the operational planning doesn't stop... the courses of action are being developed and the first good ideas are emerging! It is also an opportunity to taste a local speciality 🇵🇹 like pastéis de Belém.

Back to IUM 🇵🇹 this morning for the COA development in the different JOPGs. The first COA called Roaring Leon tries to quickly culminate opposing parties while the second COA Octopus Inferno tries to cut off their resources. Our logistics officer develops specific support plans.
