Today, on #WorldTeachersDay, I’m thinking of Alberta teachers and what you’ve been up against: cuts to funding, attacks on pensions, a regressive curriculum, and more…all while teaching in the midst of a pandemic. But, you still put kids first. Thank you isn’t enough. 🍎💛

Adriana LaGrange It’s disappointing to see a registry no one asked for released today, to see class sizes grow, supports for students’ needs reduced, a unwanted curriculum hastily implemented, and a Minister consistently dismiss the concerns of parents and teachers. But maybe that’s just me.
