We want the broadest range of people to contribute to science's potential to improve health. But minoritised communities are underrepresented in UK research – particularly those of Black, Bangladeshi or Pakistani heritage. That's why we launched our new Accelerator Awards ⤵️

Excellent piece from Sam Adeyemi. Empathy is very much needed within the UK HE sector. The drive for more productivity at a reduced cost without a broader culture of empathy will lead to a further exodus of talents, especially those from minoritised backgrounds. Patricia Xavier
