It's been a busy week at the library! 334 kids (and counting) registered for the #TDSRC and they're collecting wooden coins for programs attended and books signed out! We had a visit from CNIB Guide Dog trainers, we've been making special crafts, LEGO Club and so much more!

Our friends from BIAK will be joining us on Friday, August 5 for our 10am toddler and 11am preschool story times. We always enjoy their drumming and indigenous teachings!

Unfortunately BIAK will be unable to join us Friday morning for story time. We will still be meeting to share stories, songs and crafts, so we hope to see you there!

Reminder! Friday, Aug. 19 @ 5pm is the deadline for TDSRC participants to collect coins. If you collect 12 coins you'll get an email on Monday with your invitation to our celebration on Wednesday. Less than 12 coins? You'll get an email with details about our library store hours

Library renovations are starting in earnest early Wednesday morning. Level of noise disruption will determine any service changes. Please monitor our social media / website for updates.

A huge thank you to our summer students and volunteers who made our End-of-Summer Celebration possible! Thanks also to the many kids who read tons and visited often during July and August, and the parents and caregivers who were committed to bringing the children to the library!
