New preprint on a GLS-style random forest for dependent (spatial, time-series) data, led by Arkajyoti Saha arxiv.org/pdf/2007.15421… After working on this for over 4 years, very happy to finally be able to share the end-product. A thread summarizing the main results. 1/

New paper on calibrating PM2.5 data from the SEARCH low-cost monitoring network in Baltimore. We use a linear-regression based gain-offset model that reduces bias and variability of the raw or lab-corrected low-cost data .
