Recently, Aravind Battaje and Angelica came upon a serendipitous discovery about the human visual system with the help of this illusion: not everyone sees the same kind of colour aftereffects! These predictions were done by a model first developed in robotics. Science of Intelligence

Our AlphaLink paper (with Rappsilber laboratory) on integrating crosslinking MS data into AlphaFold2 is out! nature.com/articles/s4158… We show that crosslinks can substantially improve the prediction quality of challenging targets and steer predictions towards in situ conformations!

Congrats Aravind Battaje for receiving a grant for his teaching concept: "Mind, Body, Environment: An Interactive Seminar on Embodied Intelligence". The course is open to Master students at TU and HU, and will take place in Summer '25. Thanks Science of Intelligence and Berlin Senate.
