Robert Carlyle as Begbie in both Trainspotting movies is honestly some of the best acting I've ever seen. He's so good, the energy he brings and his performance is so intimidating, I actually ended up liking his character the most out of everyone just because of the depth

I love this really quick camera pan to the other side of the OTS shot to amplify Begbie's threat. The sudden bursts of energy some scenes have in these movies are a wonder, in some way it's almost "out of the box"
