For the first time in 20+ yrs I have an all residential condo building where 1/2 is zoned one way and the other 1/2 another. I called to verify. Maybe the map is wrong? The building is newer & map not accurate? Nope. 1/2 is zoned GR-2 the other 1/2 B2 per zoning dept. 🤷‍♀️

Growing up & living next door to my cousin who was a huge rock fan (still is) #KISS was/is one of his favorites. Still has all the memorabilia. Sad to hear of the passing of Ace Frehley. (He was way less scary to a little kid than Gene Simmons.) The memories remain. 🕊️RIP
