10mm nylon 6 - didn’t enjoy machining this. The thickness varied by about 1.5mm across its width and length. Should have skimmed it flat first, from both faces...but then lose 1.5mm of material? facebook.com/10001082766718…

My first go at machining some aluminium - 2mm, 3mm and 6mm. There was time pressure on turning it around quickly which is a shame as I would have liked to have taken my time a bit with this...not bad for a first attempt though 👍
