Worst customer service ever! 11032015 I bought an expired gift card (they didn’t realize was expired BEFORE I paid for it) and then didn’t have a way to refund my money. All I could do was email and the reply and “solution” took over a week. Customer service agent was RUDE!!

Best customer service ever! I had a problem with the screen of my k400, called on Thursday and they sent a replacement free of charge!
